Email us if you would like directions for any exercise. Upper Body ExercisesThese exercises target the chest, back, shoulders, and arms. We like to use many variations of push-ups to develop upper body strength. Lower Body ExercisesThese exercises target the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, hips and calfs. Many of the lower body exercises consist of doing body weight exercises (both single and double leg), and utilize stability balls and dumbbells. Torso ExercisesThese exercises target the torso region. The use of stability balls and medicine balls are used extensively with this type of training. |
