MB Push Up |
Medicine Ball Push Up
 |
With this exercise you do a standard push-up with one hand on a MB. You have 3 stable points on the ground (2 feet/1 hand) and 1 unstable point (hand on MB). The shoulder will have to stabilize the arm on the MB.
- Start with hands slightly in front and wider than shoulders.
- One hand will be on a MB.
- Back should be flat with shoulders and hips in line.
- Feet have a wider stance.

- Draw in belly button towards spine.
- Lower chest and hips (together) towards floor.
- Elbows should be in line with upper back.
- Make sure that elbow of the arm that is on the MB does not come too much above the upper back.
- Head should stay in neutral position.
- Do desired number of reps, then switch arms.
