Medicine Ball Triceps Push Up on Toes

In this exercise the hands are close together which focuses more on the triceps. This exercise requires shoulder and core stabilization.

  • Place hands on MB with MB slightly in front of shoulders.
  • Back should be flat with shoulders and hips in line (a bit more than in photo).
  • Feet hip width or slightly wider.
  • Make sure MB is not in front of head.
  • Draw in belly button towards spine.
  • Lower chest and hips together towards floor.
  • Elbows should be in line with upper back.
  • Head in neutral position.
  • Keep elbows behind shoulders, close to the body.
