This is a way to build up to the ability to do a push-up
- Start with hands slightly wider than and in front of shoulders.
- Back should be flat and shoulders and hips in line.
- Feet off the floor and knee angle between 45 and 90 degrees. You can cross at ankles.

- Draw in belly button and lower chest and hips together towards floor.
- Maintain neutral head position with ears in line with shoulders.
- Maintain knee angle.
- Lower upper body so elbows are in line with upper back.
- Extend arms, repeat.
